Minimum/General Experience: Two or less years of experience in a technical or engineering field. Experience in operating personal computer systems.
Functional Responsibility: Assists in the planning, design, configuration control, installation, maintenance and logistic support of computer system related hardware and software applications in LAN/WAN and telecommunication networks. Provides technical support to customers via a Help Desk and assists the Senior Systems Engineer with in-house maintenance and other projects as directed.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
