Minimum/General Experience: Three or more years experience in program, financial, and resources management, logistics support and acquisition/development of computer systems and equipment. Demonstrated experience in planning, monitoring and tracking contract activities. Experienced in writing technical requirements and providing said requirements to the developers.
Functional Responsibility: The Business Analyst Senior works closely with business and functional personnel to evaluate business drivers and technology requirements, and defines systems strategies and specifications tailored to meet requirements. The Business Analyst acts as a primary point of contact with the customer on behalf of the application development organization. Directs systems analysis and design in the development, implementation and documentation of various in-house and/or on-site client based customized software programs. Oversees the review and analysis of functional specifications leading to design modules and program specification requirements.
Minimum Education: Bachelor degree.
