M & M Technical Services, a graduated mentor protégé company from Woodbridge, VA and a 2006 Department of Defense Mentor Protégé award winning company with Undersea Systems recently received the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Blue Ribbon Small Business of the Year Award.
Michelle McKinney, CEO and President of M & M Technical Services accepted the award at a banquet sponsored by Sam's Club, on April 17th at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington DC. "Blue Ribbon Award recipients are from all over the country and represent a wide variety of industries," said Robyn Snyder, Supplier Diversity Program Manager, from Undersea Systems in Manassas who nominated M & M Technical Services for this award. Dr. Bill Munslow, Mentor Protégé Program Manager, Undersea Systems, attended the event on behalf of the business.
